1 lb chicken breast, flank steak or 2 lb. chicken wings
Marinade:
5 Tbsp coconut milk
2 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp cumin
Peanut Sauce
2 Tbsp peanut oil
3 Tbsp red curry paste
2 tsp fish sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup coconut milk

Mix marinade ingredients together, add meat and marinate overnight.

If doing skewers, soak skewers in water first, then thread meat onto skewers before adding marinate to meat.

BBQ till cooked. Serve the satays with the Peanut Sauce.
