Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown and drain the hamburger, set aside.
In a medium size pot, prepare Mac and Cheese Dinner according to package directions. When done, stir in the can of tomatoes, including the juice. Then add the hamburger, corn and olives mix well.
Place in a 2 1/2-3 quart casserole dish, or a 13" x 9" baking pan coated with cooking spray. Top with either cheese slices or the shredded cheese.
Bake until heated through and cheese on top is melted, about 15 or 20 minutes.* Before serving, parmesan cheese may be sprinkled on top if desired.
