Original recipe yields 1 serving
cups 4 or 5 rhubarb cut into pieces
2 cups sugar
1/3 cup flour
Dash of ground nutmeg
3 eggs, beaten
1 double pie crust

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place rhubarb in a large bowl and pour sugar over. Add the flour and nutmeg, and mix it together. Blend eggs into rhubarb mixture.

Put into pie crust. Cover with slitted top crust and flute. Sprinkle a little sugar.

Bake 1 hour for fresh rhubarb, 1 1/2 hours for frozen.
