3 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 3/4 cups sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
4 cups cut up fresh rhubarb
Pastry for two crust pie
1 tablespoon butter

Preheat oven to 400°F. Beat eggs slightly in large bowl; stir in milk, sugar, flour, nutmeg and rhubarb.

Pour into pastry lined pie plate; dot with butter. Cover with lattice top crust and flute. Build up a high pastry edge to prevent juices from flowing over.

Bake on bottom rack of oven 50-60 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
