1-1 1/2 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cooked and cut up or shredded
1 bag frozen broccoli (or any vegetable), steam cooked
1 cup mayo
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups shredded cheese (any flavor)
1 small box Chicken in a Biskit Crackers, crumbled and soaked in margarine

Let's Make It
Preheat oven to 375°F. Cover the bottom of the casserole dish with the shredded chicken. Cover the chicken with the broccoli.
Mix the mayo, milk and soup together in a bowl and pour over chicken and broccoli. Top with the cheese and then the crumbled crackers.
Bake for about 45 min or until bubbling and smell fills the kitchen. Yum.
