1 pound hamburger meat
1 head cabbage
1 pound smoked sausage
1 can Ro*Tel
1 cup uncooked rice
1 cup of vegetable oil
1 tablespoon chili powder

Cook hamburger meat. Cut cabbage into shreds. Cut sausage into rounds not too thick.

Mix all ingredients together and stir well. Put in large roaster pan cover with foil.

Bake at 350°F for approx. 3 1/2 to 4 hours, stirring a couple of times while cooking.
