Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
1 cup bread crumbs
1 package mozzarella sticks
Oil for pan
Marinara sauce

In one bowl mix the eggs and milk. In the other mix the flour and the bread crumbs.

Cut the cheese sticks in half.

Heat the pan with oil. Now dip cheese sticks in to the dry mix well and then mix them into the wet well. Repeat 2 times. Do this till all are completed.

Now add them to the pan. Leave enough room so that you can turn them around. Brown on each side. Take out and let cool. Now were ready to dip.
