In pot put turkey with water to cover. Let cook till tender. Set aside. Cook noodles as directed. Set aside.
In a pan or skillet saute butter, onions and celery till tender. Then add flour slowly and then the milk. Once turkey has cooled down take off the bone and put in pot with chicken broth and cream of chicken soup. Slowly add flour, onion, celery mix. Then add noodles and mix. Top with mild cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees F 10 to 15 minutes or until cheese is lightly brown.
