1-2 lb white fish
6-10 limes, juiced
1 bunch cilantro
2-3 tomatoes

Boil white fish for 5-10 minutes in microwave. Drain.

Remove all bones and flake the fish into small bite size pieces. Add lime juice, chopped cilantro and diced tomatoes.

Chill in refrigerator for about a day. Serve cold over tostados.
