1 cup romaine lettuce
1 cup spring mix
1/2-1 cup baby spinach
Sprouts
1/4 cup salad tomato, cut into wedges
1/4 cup carrots, shredded or sliced
1/4 cup cucumber, sliced
1/4 cup marinated artichokes
1/4 cup sweet roasted red pepper strips
1/2 cup asparagus, steamed and left in whole spears
1 Tbsp sunflower seeds
4 oz (10 grams) all natural almonds, toasted and sliced or chopped
1 Tbsp homemade healthy vinaigrette or low fat ranch dressing
