Fry the butter on MEDIUM heat until melted and add the spinach. Fry the spinach 6 minutes. Add the spices and fry for 2 minutes.
Then add the beans and corn. Continue frying for another 15 minutes, (add 1/8th cup of water if needed to help simmer and keep from burning.
Add the cheese and stir well, making sure it all melts. Serve and enjoy!
