1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
2 large apples, cored, cut into wedges
1/2 cup sliced onion

2 tablespoon ground cinnamon
2 tablespoons butter

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, brown pork chops, about 3 minutes. Pour off the fat.

Add apple juice, salt, pepper, and rosemary. Cover and cook until meat juices run clear (about 7-8 minutes).

Meanwhile, in a nonstick skillet with a cover, cook apples, onion, sugar, and cinnamon in butter until apples soften. Transfer chops to plates. Serve with sautéed apples.
