Cook pasta as directed and drain, let cool. Finely chop the tomatoes, celery, green onions and green pepper. Season with salt, pepper & garlic powder if desired.
In a large bowl mix the 2 bottles of dressing together, then add the pasta (cooled) and the chopped veggies and toss to coat.
Once you have tossed the salad cover and put in the fridge to chill & absorb dressing. You will want at least 2 hours for this salad to chill; it can even be made 24 hrs ahead of time to ensure full absorption of dressing. Toss & serve.
