Cut x's in tomatoes. Scoop out some of inside. Fry bacon, let cool & drain on paper towel. Chop green onions, using mostly green ends. Break bacon into small pieces.
In bowl mix bacon, onion, Kraft mayo or sour cream -- your choice.
Stuff tomatoes full of mixture, place 5 each into paper muffin cups. Place in fridge & let chill at least 1 hr. covered. Take them out when ready to serve. Give each guest one muffin cup full.
