Original recipe yields 1 serving
16 oz penne pasta
1/2 cup Kraft Greek Vinaigrette Dressing/Marinade
2 ripe tomatoes
1/2 cup chopped olives OR 1 cup unchopped olives
1/2 cup small bits chopped celery
1/4 cup -1/2 cup chopped parsley
1/2 cup diced mushrooms
1 cup Kraft Mozzarella Cheese (shredded)...used within the salad and also as a topping (for decoration)

Using a medium sized pot, fill it 3/4 full. Place it on a lit stove until water comes to a full boil (15-20 minutes). Once boiling, pour in penne pasta. Allow it to cook until it is tender, then pour into a strainer and allow to cool for 2 minutes or so while you prepare your ingredients.

Once the pasta is cooled, pour into a large serving bowl or into 2 smaller ones (it was difficult to combine all the ingredients without making a mess in just one bowl alone).

Add all the ingredients as they are listed. Stir well after you add the cheese but do not after you add more cheese for the topping.
