Let's Make It
In a medium sauce pan, over medium low heat melt butter. Once melted add mushrooms and onions. Season to taste. Cook, stirring often until onions start to become clear and mushrooms reduce.
Add ham chunks and continued to saute for about five minutes, stir about three to four times.
Add in green beans. Season to taste, and stir together. Reduce heat slightly, cover. Allow to simmer for about twenty minutes. Stir occasionally. Serve warm.
