Spaghetti noodles (as much as your family can eat)
1 block Colby Jack cheese
1 3/4 cups tomato juice
2 1/2 Tablespoons seasoning salt

Let's Make It
Cook noodles as directed. While noodles are cooking cut cheese (whole block) into small cubes & set aside.
When noodles are done to your liking, drain & put back into pot. Pour tomato juice & all of cheese cubes into pot & warm on low/med.
Just before all cheese is melted, add seasoning salt & stir well.
