Preheat oven to 350°F. Lay out Triscuit crackers on cookie sheet.
Place a piece of cheddar cheese on each cracker, and then place a slice of pepperoni over each piece of cheese.
Bake for approximately 10 min, just long enough to melt cheese. Serve immediately!
