1 can (28 oz.) mild enchilada sauce
Shredded Mexican cheese and olives to taste for top

Let's Make It
Brown beef or cook chicken. Cut corn tortillas into squares the size of chips. Mix all ingredients in a large pot on medium heat.
Stir mixture until hot.
Pour mixture into a 9x13 baking pan. Sprinkle with cheese and olives to taste.
Bake in oven at 350 degrees F until cheese is melted.
