Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb hamburger
1 egg
5 cups instant white rice, divided
Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste
1 large can tomato soup

Preheat oven to 325°F. Mix hamburger, egg, 1 cup of raw instant rice, salt, pepper and garlic powder in bowl. Roll into meatballs and brown them in frying pan.

Put meatballs in an 8x8 baking pan with tomato soup. Bake in oven for 30 minutes.

Meanwhile cook the extra 4 cups of instant rice as directed. Serve meatballs on top of rice.
