Place Oreo cookies in a resealable plastic bag and crush finely with a rolling pin. Place cookie crumbs in a large bowl, reserving 1 cup to use later. Add softened cream cheese to the cookie crumbs and mix until well incorporated. Roll the mixture into individual 1" balls and place on wax paper lined cookie sheet. Place in freezer for 10 minutes.
In the meantime, melt the white bark in the microwave. Dunk the Oreo balls into the melted bark until fully covered. Using a spoon, place them back onto the wax paper lined cookie sheet. Before the bark sets, sprinkle reserved cookie crumbs over the top.
Allow to set in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
