1 pkg (8 ounce) Philadelphia Cream Cheese
1 1/4 cups milk, divided
1 cup coconut
1 tsp vanilla
1 sm. pkg. Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding (can be low fat or regular)
1 cup Cool Whip
1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

In a large mixing bowl, blend cream cheese with 1/4 cup milk until smooth. Add rest of milk, coconut and vanilla, mix until well blended. Add pudding and beat for about 1 minute. Stir in the Cool Whip.

Pour into graham cracker crust.
