Crock-Pot Pulled Pork Barbecue

Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 Boston pork butt (3-4 lb.)
Salt & pepper to taste
1 bottle (18 oz.) Kraft Barbecue Sauce (your choice of flavor)
1 whole onion, chopped
2 celery ribs, chopped
2 tsp dry mustard

Rinse and pat dry the Boston butt. Sprinkle salt and pepper over entire butt, rub in.

Place in crock-pot and set on HIGH. Cook on high 4 hours.

Remove from crock-pot and allow to cool. When cooled, remove all bones and fat. Discard ALL fat. Pull pork apart using hands or 2 forks.

Return pulled pork to clean crock-pot. Pour entire bottle of barbeque sauce over meat. Add onion, celery and dry mustard to meat and stir well to mix.

Cook on low setting for another 4 hours. Serve on hamburger buns.
