Boil potatoes to al dente, leave skins on. Cool and set aside. Boil eggs to hard, drain water, cool and set aside.
Prepare dressing as follows (or your way): place mayo in medium bowl. Add sour cream and Kraft Ranch Dressing. Mix together and set aside.
After potatoes are cool enough to handle slice into small slices and put into large bowl. Add diced/chopped onion in with potatoes, add eggs and mix together. Add dressing mixture and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle fresh parsley on top and enjoy.
