Preheat oven to 375°F. Toss together the rhubarb, bread cubes, sugar, nutmeg, cinnamon, nuts and melted butter in mixing bowl.
Place into a greased 2qt. casserole dish.
Cover and bake for 45 minutes. Remove cover and continue to baking 10 more minutes. Serve warm or cold with cream or vanilla ice cream.
