1 # Rosa Marina (Orzo), 3/4 cup Sugar, 2 eggs, 2 cans chuck pineapple drained (save juice), 2 cans mandarin oranges drained, 1 tablespoon flour, 1/2 teaspoon salt, one 12oz container of Cool Whip

Cook orzo and let cool. In saucepan, beat eggs, add pineapple juice, sugar, flour and salt. Cook until thick. When slightly cool, add to cooled orzo, mix and refrigerate. Next day: Add pineapple, oranges and Cool Whip. Stir carefully.
