4 oz Diced green Chile (I like Hatch’s brand of hot green chile)
6 oz Diced cooked chicken (Oscar Meyer chicken breast strips southwestern seasoned is what I use, but any cooked chicken will probably work)
12 oz Linguine
Fresh grated Parmesan cheese to taste

Let's Make It
Prepare linguine as directed on package. While linguine is cooking, Sauté almonds in olive oil. Add diced green Chile and cooked chicken and heat through. Combine with cooked linguine. Add more olive oil if necessary to taste.
