2 cups romaine lettuce
1 roma tomato, sliced
1/4 cup shredded carrot
1/2 cup green and yellow bell peppers, chopped
2 Tbsp white onion, chopped
2.5 pimiento-stuffed green olives, chopped
3/4 oz Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
3 oz beef tenderloin, seasoned with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper and skillet cooked
vinaigrette:
2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 1/8 tsp red wine vinegar
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/8 tsp Worcestershire sauce
3/4 tsp lemon juice or just lemon zest
sea salt and freshly ground black pepper

Pile the lettuce into a serving bowl and top with the remaining salad ingredients. In a small bowl whisk together the vinaigrette and drizzle over the top of the salad.
