3 Tbsp olive oil
1 pkg diced ham
1 can northern beans
1/2 cup ketchup
2 cups chicken broth
1 can diced tomatoes
1/2 cup vinegar

Saute diced onions, celery, carrots and garlic in olive oil until softly transparent.

Add chopped ham, beans, ketchup, chicken broth, diced tomatoes, and vinegar.

Bring to boil and then simmer slowly for 2 & 1/2 hrs.
