Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 boneless beef roast
1 Tbsp Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1/3 cup water
1 clove garlic, minced
1 small onion, chopped
2 Tbsp dried chopped onion
1 tsp chicken or beef bouillon
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 loaves Italian or French bread
Provolone cheese (optional)

Let's Make It
Cut roast in half; place in slow cooker. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning and pepper. Add water, garlic, and fresh onion. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or until meat is tender.
Remove roast; shred meat with two forks and return to slow cooker. In a small bowl, combine the dried onion, bouillon, garlic powder, salt and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat and stir. Cover and cook on low 30 min. or until meat is saturated with juices.
Cut each loaf of bread into six sandwiches; spread meat mixture on top. If desired, add a slice of provolone to each sandwich. Makes 12 sandwiches.
