Marinade:
3/4 cup water
2 tsp ketchup
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp liquid smoke
1/8 tsp pepper
1/8 tsp oregano
Dash onion powder
Dash parsley
2 chicken breasts
4 hamburger buns
Chopped lettuce
Mayonnaise
Tomato slices

1. Make marinade by combining the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Prepare chicken by cutting each breast in half. Fold a piece of plastic wrap around each and pound meat to the size of hamburger buns. Place chicken into marinade, cover, chill for at least 4 hours (overnight is preferred).

3. Preheat grill to high heat. Grill chicken for 3-4 min per side or until done.

4. Toast faces of hamburger buns.

5. Build each sandwich with remaining ingredients.
