Boil potatoes in sauce pan, keep shallow for time sake, until fork just slightly fork tender. Drain potatoes and allow water to evaporate off.
Meanwhile, mix mayo, dill weed, and pepper in a medium mixing bowl. Add potatoes and toss to cover.
Preheat grill to medium. Place potatoes on grill, turning when browning and crispy. Grilling usually takes 10-12 minuets. Sprinkle with salt hot off grill.
