Original recipe yields 1 serving
2 lb ground chuck hamburger
1/2 green pepper, diced
Less than 1/2 onion, diced
1 pkg crackers, wet
3 eggs
Salt, pepper, garlic salt
Ragu sauce with mushroom

Let's Make It
Take the hamburger put in to a deep pot or a roasting pan. Crumble up the hamburger and throw in the green peppers and the onions. Run the crackers under water about a second or two (to where they are wet but not soaking wet) and add them to the hamburger. Then add eggs and mix it all until it is mixed really good.
Then round it all up like a loaf. Then sprinkle some salt and pepper and add some garlic salt.
Preheat oven to 425°F. You want to pour water into the pot up to the top of the meatloaf. Add the lid and throw in the oven for about 1 hour and 45 min until brown. Then pour the Ragu sauce on top the meatloaf. Cook another 15 min. Voila a masterpiece…Trust me I know it may look weird, but you doing it right. The meatloaf is going to soak up all the water.
