Original recipe yields 1 serving
3-5 lb bag potatoes (of your choice)
1 1/2 block butter
Sprinkles of salt, pepper, season salt and garlic salt
2-3 eggs

Slice potatoes medium thin to where they will cook and crisp.

Then add butter to skillet and let melt. Then add all potatoes to skillet add the salt, pepper, season salt and garlic salt to the top of the potatoes. Place lid on top let set for about 10 min. Flip all potatoes then let cook for another 10 min with lid on top until golden brown (crispy).

Then add your desired amount of eggs to the potatoes and mix up the potatoes and eggs by flipping them once or twice to where the eggs are spread through out the potatoes. Let cook for another 3 min with out the lid until eggs brown and your done. Voila...enjoy.
