Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Prepare ground beef according to the taco seasoning mix packet.
In a glass 9x13 baking dish spread cream cheese evenly on the bottom of the dish. Spread beef mixture over the cream cheese and top with shredded cheese.
Bake for approximately 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
