Olive oil (or reg. oil if you don't have olive oil)
1 clove of garlic, cut into strips
1/2 onion, chopped
6 chicken thighs or what ever you have
Kraft chicken seasoning - to taste
Lemon pepper, salt & pepper - to taste
Kraft Italian Dressing
6-8 new potatoes, cut into cubes

Let's Make It
Coat skillet with olive oil (2 good swirls around the pan). Heat oil but not burning. Add garlic & let it fuse together for about 1-2 minutes. Add onion & saute.
While that is sauteing rub chicken with the seasonings & dressing. Then add to the onion & garlic in the pan, let saute until outside of chicken is golden brown.
Then add the potatoes & cook until chicken & potatoes are done.
