Preheat oven to 350°F. Boil chicken until no longer pink. While chicken is cooking, prepare Stove Top Stuffing according to package instructions (I use I can't believe it's not butter in place of margarine). Boil cauliflower in 2 cups of water until tender. When chicken is no longer pink, chop into small bites. Drain.
In large mixing bowl, put chicken, prepared Stove Top, drained cauliflower and soups. Add milk, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly.
Pour into ungreased 9x13 baking dish. Sprinkle with low fat cheese. Place aluminum foil on top of pan.
Bake in heated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is melted/bubbly!
