1/4 - 1/2 cup Kraft Dressing (oil and vinegar, Oriental, anything but creamy styles)
Choices: garlic powder, orange peel, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, ground pepper, ginger

Set oven to 325 degrees F. Spray baking dish (metal or glass) with PAM. Rinse pork roast and place in pan.

Coat roast with Kraft dressing (all sides). Depending on the flavor combination you prefer, rub one or more choices onto the meat (Kraft Balsamic Oil and Vinegar, rubbed with garlic powder and ginger, for example).

Seal the pan with foil and set in center of oven for one hour.
