1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
1/2-1 tsp honey (optional)
1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Fresh lemon zest
1 tsp poppy seeds
1/4 cup mango, cut into small chunks
1/4 cup kiwi, peeled and cut into small chunks
1/4 cup blueberries
1 oz Grape-Nuts Cereal

Stir together the yogurt, honey, lemon juice and zest, and the poppy seeds.

Layer 1/3 the fruit, 1/3 the yogurt, and 1/3 the cereal in a parfait glass. Repeat to have 3 complete layers.
