Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 bag (3.5 ounce) Success White or brown rice
1 lb breakfast pork chops, cut into thin strips
1 Tbsp olive oil
3/4 cup bottled Thai peanut sauce
1 red bell pepper chopped
3 green onion tops, chopped
1/4 tsp fresh ground pepper
2 tbs p. chopped fresh cilantro
6 large iceberg lettuce leaves
1/2 cup dry-roasted peanuts, coursely chopped

Prepare rice according to package directions.

Cook pork in oil 5-6 minutes or until done. Stir in peanut sauce, bell pepper, and green onions; cook, stirring contantly, until bubbling. Stir in hot rice. Remove from heat and add pepper and cilantro.

Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves and sprinkle with chopped peanuts. Serve immediately.
