Original recipe yields 1 serving
1 lb lean ground beef
1 Vidalia or Mexican onion, chopped
1 small green pepper, chopped
1 orange pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 package fajita mix
1 cup water
1 cup TACO BELL Salsa
4 soft taco tortillas, cut into 1-1/2 inch squares
1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style Cheese
Breakstone's Light Style Sour Cream

Brown ground beef over medium heat. Drain excess fat. Add chopped onions, peppers and minced garlic. Cover and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.

Add fajita mix, water and salsa. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a medium simmer. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

Stir in tortillas. Sprinkle cheese on top, turn off heat. Cover and let stand for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted. Top with sour cream. Serve with side of refried beans.
