3 cans (10-12 oz. each) tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, stewed tomatoes, or tomato puree (mix and match or use 3 of 1 kind)

Place sliced cabbage into a crock-pot.
Mix hamburger, spices, and rice in a bowl. Drop by squeezed handfuls over the top of the cabbage. Cover with tomatoes of choice, add 1 can of water.
Cover with lid of slow cooker and allow to cook for 7-8 hours. Serve. It tastes even better the next day.
