1 container (16 oz.) fresh strawberries
3 or 4 peaches
1 pint blueberries
1/2 cup sweetened, flaked coconut
3 container s (32 oz. each) vanilla yogurt
1/4 cup honey (or more, depending on sweetness of fruit)
1 1/2 cups Post Trail Mix Crunch (Cranberry Vanilla is good!)

Rinse fruit; slice strawberries & peaches.

Toast coconut in a single layer in a 325°F oven until golden brown, about 5 min.

In a large glass serving bowl, make layers of yogurt, fruit, a drizzle of honey, coconut, & Trail Mix Crunch. Repeat layers at least 3 times. Serve immediately, or cover & chill up to 2 hours.
