6-8 apples, peeled & sliced
1 1/4 cups sugar, divided
1 1/4 cups flour, divided
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup oatmeal
Topping:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup butter

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Mix the following in a large Ziploc bag:

Let sit in bag for 10 min to marinate.

Mix topping in bowl with fork:

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup oatmeal

1/2 cup butter

Mix until it lumps. Spray 8X12 pan. Pour apple mixture in and gently press down. Pour topping over apples.

Cover with foil and cook for 20 min. Remove foil and cook for an additional 20 min.
