1 lb fresh green beans, rinsed and trimmed
1 1/2 tomatoes, diced
1 tsp sugar
2 stalk s fresh parsley, chopped
Salt, pepper, oregano to taste

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute garlic and onions until tender.

Mix in green beans, tomatoes, sugar, and parsley.
