1 can salmon
1/2 cup olive oil
Minced garlic, as much as you want
Basil, oregano, onion, crushed red pepper, black pepper (all to taste)
2 jars spaghetti sauce

Drain the salmon & debone.

Pour olive oil into a sauce pot. Add spices to taste. Heat to medium. Add salmon, break the fish apart as it cooks.

Once cooked to satisfaction, add spaghetti sauce, stir together over medium heat. Cover and let simmer for about twenty minutes, stirring occasionally.
