2 lb lean ground beef
1 jar Prego original spaghetti sauce
1 container cottage cheese (any curd)
2 pkgs Kraft Pizza Blend Cheese
Mushrooms and black olives (optional)
1 pkg lasagna noodles (uncooked)

Brown and drain beef.

Place one third of beef in bottom of 13x9 casserole dish. Top with 1/3 of sauce, 1/3 of cottage cheese, a handful of Pizza Blend Cheese, mushrooms and black olives. Place a layer of lasagna noodles on top and repeat ending with meat mixture. Top with remaining Pizza Blend and sprinkle with parmesan topping if desired.

Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees F for 1 hour.
