3/4 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon flour
1 tsp cinnamon
Salt
5 peeled, chopped apples (granny smith)
1 jar (16 oz.) applesauce
1 Tablespoon lemon juice
9- in ch deep dish pie crust
2 Tablespoons butter, small pieces
Crunch topping
3 Tablespoons flour
1 Tablespoon sugar
Salt
1 tablespoon butter, room temperature

Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, and salt in bowl. Stir in apples, applesauce, and lemon juice. Spoon apple mix into pie crust and dot with butter.

For Crunch Topping: combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Cut butter into mix. Sprinkle over top of the pie.

Bake at 425°F for 10 minutes, then at 350°F for 45 minutes.
