2 pkg Oscar Mayer Grilled Chicken Breast Strips (precooked), cut into thirds
1 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger root
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp fresh black pepper
2 basil leaves chopped
2 green onions chopped
1-2 stems of chives, cut
1/2 lime, squeezed
1 hot pepper (I used a Thai pepper)
1/2 cup crushed Planters Peanuts
1 cup sesame sauce
1 cup Asian rice sticks (fried)
2 cups broccoli slaw
1 1/2 heads of Bibb lettuce
1 cup bean sprouts
1 1/2 cups peanut sauce

Let's Make It
Mix all ingredients except for rice sticks, broccoli slaw, Bibb lettuce, bean sprouts and peanut sauce into large bowl, mix well and refrigerate for 1 hour (or for more flavor-overnight).
Place peanut sauce in bowl (I also put 1/2 tsp. of peanuts in peanut sauce) and remaining ingredients on platter.
Heat chicken mix for 1 minute until hot. Assemble using the lettuce as the "tortilla" and build to your liking.
