Thaw chicken completely. Melt butter in a medium bowl. Add egg to butter mixture. Add garlic powder and Mrs. Dash Table Blend to taste. Crush Wheat Thins and place then on a plate or in a bowl big enough to put a chicken on/in. Add half of the parmesan cheese to cracker mixture, stir till mixed well.
Dip chicken into butter mixture, then in to cracker mixture making sure both side are cover completely. Place chicken on a cookie sheet.
Cook at 375°F for about 45 minutes or until chicken juices run clear. Flip chicken occasionally.
